Why the Nura Conference exists

The Nura Conference was created in response to a growing need in our field: a space where clinicians, dietitians, medical providers, and helping professionals can come together to stay current, think critically, and deepen their work with eating disorders, body image concerns, and disordered eating. Eating disorder treatment doesn’t stand still — and neither can we.

It’s intentionally designed for beginner through advanced professionals, so everyone leaves with something meaningful and applicable. And it’s a space for connection, collaboration, and community — to network, ask questions, share perspectives, challenge assumptions, and build relationships that extend far beyond the conference itself.

We believe learning happens best in community, and healing work is stronger when we don’t do it alone.
